Lake Mohave is Always an Interesting Challenge. There is a large amount of shad and some fat stripers in Lake Mohave but the winter bite seems to be limiting opportunities. I was able to have some small success using crankbait in about 28 feet of water. Fish habitat improvements recently made should be able to bring back Lake Mohave to it’s former fishing glory in the coming years. I also checked out the fishing pier but didn’t have any luck there.
