I had some small blog issues today. My template went all wonky and I saw a few errors popping up. I think the issues is resolved but please let me know if you see anything crazy. It must have to do with the new version of wordpress.

Rose Canyon Lake

Rose Canyon Lake offers some great scenary and some wonderful fishing. I was able to catch about 6 Rainbow Trout. It only took an hour or so and I released most of them. Fly fishing brought the best results. Check it out.

I was going to go fishing at either Desert West Lake or Kennedy Lake over the weekend but it looks like I will now have to go somewhere else. It looks like the fishing is still not very good given recently high pH levels and fish die off combined with the heat. Oh well maybe another time.

I have not fished at Riggs Flat Lake for Years. It was an old favorite. Since the lake was recently stocked there are quite a few rainbow trout to be caught. Using small spinners I was able to catch a few 13 inch trout. The water was clear with weeds neer the bank. If you can get through the weeds you should have some luck with spinner bait.

I just took note of Zenni on Fox. The ZenniOptical.com has some pretty low prices. You can get a full prescription and lenses including tinting and everything else you could get from the store.
